No signup is required. You can also download a free one-page snapshot PDF. A paid plan adds a full personal or compatibility report and saved access. Depending on the plan, you also get AI questions, a downloadable PDF, and email delivery. For two birth dates, the free compatibility preview includes the Pattern Score, relationship strength, growth edge and shared Arcana. Ask about a pattern, section, or real-life question related to your unlocked report. One successfully generated answer uses one question. Failed or empty answers do not reduce your balance. You can receive up to 20 successful answers in a rolling 24-hour period. ### How long can I access my report and AI questions? Your unlocked reports stay in My Reports and do not expire. AI questions included with a plan, upgrade, or top-up remain available for 365 days from purchase. ### What happens to the second report in the Bundle? The Personal + Compatibility Bundle includes one report of each type. If you create only one, the unused report stays in your account until you create the other chart and redeem it. ### Can I upgrade or buy more AI questions later? Yes. Basic, Plus, and Compatibility Only can be upgraded by paying the listed difference. Paid report owners can also add 10 questions for $4.90 or 30 for $9.90. Added questions are shared across paid reports and remain available for 365 days. ### What happens after payment? After checkout, you return to the report page. We generate the full report for that chart and save it to My Reports. Plus, the Personal + Compatibility Bundle, and Compatibility Only also include a downloadable PDF and email delivery. ### What should I do if my paid report is missing? First, check My Reports. If the report is still missing, incomplete, or unavailable, email support@destinymatrix.one. Include the email used at checkout, your Waffo order reference, and a short description of the problem. We will restore access, retry generation, or repair the missing feature. ### What is your refund policy? Because reports are digital products, refunds are normally unavailable once a report has been generated and made accessible. Changing your mind or disliking an interpretation does not make a delivered report eligible for a refund. A full or partial refund may be considered for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or if we cannot deliver the report or paid feature after troubleshooting. For a refund or payment issue, use the support details in your Waffo receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Waffo and your payment provider. Closing a report page or losing your connection does not necessarily mean payment failed. Report generation and email delivery are not guaranteed to be instantaneous. Include the checkout email, Waffo order reference, report URL if available and the error. Do not send passwords or full card details. Waffo handles payment refund requests through the details in your receipt; approval is not guaranteed. ## Purchase and data conditions Sign-in is required before purchasing a report; signing in does not itself charge you. Submitting a personal or compatibility chart sends and saves your inputs on our server. Purchases are linked to your account. Paid report generation may send structured chart data to an AI provider. Someone with a free saved result URL may be able to open it; share those links carefully.
