First, check My Reports. If the report is still missing, incomplete, or unavailable, email support@destinymatrix.one. Include the email used at checkout, your Waffo order reference, and a short description of the problem. We will restore access, retry generation, or repair the missing feature.

Changing your mind or disliking an interpretation does not make a delivered report eligible for a refund. A full or partial refund may be considered for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or if we cannot deliver the report or paid feature after troubleshooting.
