Welcome to DestinyMatrix. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using destinymatrix.one, including the free Destiny Matrix chart calculator, compatibility calculator, free previews, paid AI-powered reports, PDF downloads, email delivery, and related features.

By accessing or using DestinyMatrix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What DestinyMatrix Provides

DestinyMatrix provides tools and content for symbolic self-discovery, entertainment, and relationship reflection. The service may include:

a free Destiny Matrix chart calculator;
a free compatibility calculator;
free chart and compatibility previews;
paid full personal readings;
paid compatibility reports;
saved report access;
PDF report downloads;
report-ready email notifications;
educational content about Destiny Matrix concepts.

DestinyMatrix is not a medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, or professional advisory service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to agree to these Terms to use the service. DestinyMatrix is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts, Email Access, and Security

Some features may require an account, sign-in, or email-based access, including paid reports, saved readings, PDF downloads, and report-ready emails.

You are responsible for:

providing accurate account and email information;
keeping your login credentials and email account secure;
all activity under your account;
telling us if you believe your account or report access has been used without permission.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being misused, used fraudulently, or used in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

4. User Inputs and Compatibility Data

You are responsible for the information you enter into DestinyMatrix, including birth dates, optional names, relationship type, and email addresses.

For compatibility reports, you should only enter another person's information if you have a reasonable basis or permission to use it for a symbolic relationship reading.

You agree not to enter information that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or that violates another person's privacy or rights. If your input is inaccurate, the resulting chart, preview, or report may also be inaccurate.

5. Free Calculators and Paid Reports

The free calculators provide chart data and first-layer preview content. The paid reports provide deeper digital readings based on the chart or compatibility data you submit.

Paid reports are digital products. A paid report may include:

saved web report access;
AI-generated report sections;
PDF download;
email delivery or report-ready notification;
generation status and recovery support if generation is delayed or fails.

Report generation may take time. Refreshing a report page should not create a new paid report unless the service specifically offers regeneration.

6. Payments, Digital Products, and Refunds

Paid reports are one-time digital purchases unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise. They are not subscriptions unless a subscription is expressly offered and accepted at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. Prices, currency, taxes, payment method, and final checkout terms are shown during checkout.

Successful payment is required before a paid report is unlocked or generated. If payment fails, is canceled, or cannot be verified, the paid report may not be delivered.

Because paid reports are digital content generated from user-provided chart data, refunds are not guaranteed after a report has been generated or delivered, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.

If you paid successfully but your report was not generated, cannot be accessed, or appears to be affected by a technical delivery issue, contact support@destinymatrix.one. We may attempt to restore access, retry generation, provide another reasonable fix, or issue a refund where appropriate.

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged in error, contact us with the order email and payment reference so we can review the issue.

7. AI-Generated Content

Paid readings may be generated with AI systems. AI-generated content can be incomplete, repetitive, delayed, inaccurate, or different from what you expected.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated readings with personal judgment. DestinyMatrix does not guarantee that a report will be accurate, complete, emotionally suitable, or useful for any specific decision.

AI reports are based on the birth date, chart data, compatibility data, and other information submitted or generated through the service. If the input data is wrong, the report may be wrong.

8. Important Disclaimer

DestinyMatrix content is for reflection, entertainment, and self-discovery. Reports are symbolic readings based on birth date-derived chart patterns.

DestinyMatrix does not provide:

medical advice;
legal advice;
financial advice;
psychological diagnosis or treatment;
relationship counseling;
deterministic predictions;
emergency, safety, or crisis support.

Do not make major life, health, relationship, financial, legal, or safety decisions solely based on DestinyMatrix charts, previews, or AI-generated readings. If you need professional help, contact a qualified professional.

9. Personal Use License

Subject to these Terms, DestinyMatrix grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and view or download reports you lawfully access.

You may use your purchased report for personal reading and reflection. You may not:

resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute reports;
copy substantial parts of the website, report templates, prompts, visual design, or generated product structure;
scrape, mine, or bulk extract website content or reports;
use the service to build a competing database, calculator, or report product;
remove branding, copyright, or ownership notices from downloaded materials.

DestinyMatrix and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, software, interface, report templates, prompts, design, and service structure.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, reports, systems, or data;
interfere with security, payment processing, report generation, or website operation;
use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems to overload or extract the service without permission;
reverse engineer, copy, or bypass technical protections;
submit payment fraud, false chargebacks, or misleading support claims;
use another person's personal information without a reasonable basis or permission;
use DestinyMatrix output as professional advice or present it as a guaranteed prediction.

11. Third-Party Services

DestinyMatrix may rely on third-party services for hosting, database storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI generation, and other operations.

Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we choose service providers to support the operation of DestinyMatrix.

12. Privacy

13. Service Availability and Changes

We try to keep DestinyMatrix available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be delayed, unavailable, changed, or discontinued because of maintenance, outages, third-party issues, security needs, legal requirements, or business changes.

We may change features, pricing, report formats, supported payment providers, or included deliverables over time. Changes do not affect completed purchases except where necessary for security, legal compliance, technical recovery, or continued service operation.

14. Termination

You may stop using DestinyMatrix at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the service, or used payment or account access fraudulently.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DestinyMatrix and destinymatrix.one are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, business interruption, or decisions made based on the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some limits may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold DestinyMatrix harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, or information you submit to the service.
