These Terms of Service explain the rules for using DestinyMatrix and destinymatrix.one. They cover the free calculators, previews, paid AI-powered reports, PDF downloads, email delivery, and related features.

By accessing or using DestinyMatrix, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

1. What DestinyMatrix Provides

DestinyMatrix provides tools and content for symbolic self-discovery, entertainment, and relationship reflection. The service may include:

  • Free chart and compatibility previews.
  • Paid personal readings.
  • Paid compatibility reports.
  • Access to saved reports.
  • PDF report downloads.
  • Emails when reports are ready.

DestinyMatrix is not a medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, or other professional advisory service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to agree to these Terms before using the service. DestinyMatrix is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts, Email Access, and Security

Some features may require an account, sign-in, or email access. These features may include paid reports, saved readings, PDF downloads, and report-ready emails.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and email information.
  • Keeping your login credentials and email account secure.
  • All activity under your account.
  • Telling us if someone uses your account or report access without permission.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being misused or used for fraud. We may also act when an account creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

4. User Inputs and Compatibility Data

You are responsible for the information you enter into DestinyMatrix. This may include birth dates, optional names, relationship type, and email addresses.

Only enter another person's information if you have permission or another reasonable basis to use it for a compatibility reading.

Do not enter information that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading. Do not enter information that violates another person's privacy or rights. Inaccurate input may produce an inaccurate chart, preview, or report.

5. Free Calculators and Paid Reports

The free calculators provide chart data and preview content. Paid reports provide more detailed digital readings based on the chart or compatibility data you submit.

Paid reports are digital products. A paid report may include:

  • Access to a saved web report.
  • AI-generated report sections.
  • A PDF download.
  • Email delivery or a report-ready notice.
  • Generation status and recovery support if generation is delayed or fails.

Reports may take time to generate. Refreshing a report page should not create a new paid report unless the service offers regeneration.

6. Payments, Digital Products, and Refunds

Paid reports are one-time digital purchases unless checkout clearly states otherwise. They are not subscriptions unless checkout offers a subscription and you accept it.

Payments are processed through Waffo. For purchases completed through Waffo Checkout, the Waffo entity identified at checkout and on your receipt acts as the Merchant of Record and online reseller. Checkout shows the price, currency, taxes, payment method, and final purchase terms.

We must receive and verify payment before unlocking or generating a paid report. We may not deliver the report if payment fails, is canceled, or cannot be verified.

Paid reports are digital content generated from the chart data you provide. Refunds are normally unavailable after a report has been generated and made accessible, except when Waffo's checkout terms, our Refund and Delivery Policy, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Contact support@destinymatrix.one if you paid but cannot access your report. You should also contact us if the report was not generated or has a technical delivery problem. We may restore access, retry generation, or offer another reasonable fix. Waffo processes approved payment refunds.

If you believe a charge is wrong or duplicated, send us the order email and payment reference. We will use them to review the issue.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI systems may generate paid readings. The content may be incomplete, repetitive, delayed, inaccurate, or different from what you expected.

Review AI-generated readings with your own judgment. DestinyMatrix does not guarantee that a report will be accurate, complete, emotionally suitable, or useful for a specific decision.

AI reports use birth dates, chart data, compatibility data, and other information submitted to or generated by the service. Incorrect input may produce an incorrect report.

8. Important Disclaimer

DestinyMatrix content is for reflection, entertainment, and self-discovery. Reports are symbolic readings based on birth date-derived chart patterns.

DestinyMatrix does not provide:

  • Medical advice.
  • Legal advice.
  • Financial advice.
  • Psychological diagnosis or treatment.
  • Relationship counseling.
  • Deterministic predictions.
  • Emergency, safety, or crisis support.

Do not rely only on DestinyMatrix charts, previews, or AI-generated readings when making major decisions. This includes life, health, relationship, financial, legal, and safety decisions. Contact a qualified professional if you need professional help.

9. Personal Use License

Subject to these Terms, DestinyMatrix gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. This license lets you use the service and view or download reports you lawfully access.

You may use your purchased report for personal reading and reflection. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute reports.
  • Copy substantial parts of the website, report templates, prompts, visual design, or generated product structure.
  • Scrape, mine, or bulk extract website content or reports.
  • Use the service to build a competing database, calculator, or report product.
  • Remove branding, copyright, or ownership notices from downloaded materials.

DestinyMatrix and its licensors retain their rights in the website, brand, software, interface, report templates, prompts, design, and service structure.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, reports, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with security, payments, report generation, or website operation.
  • Use automated systems to overload or extract the service without permission. This includes bots, scrapers, and crawlers.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or bypass technical protections.
  • Commit payment fraud or submit false chargebacks or misleading support claims.
  • Use another person's information without permission or another reasonable basis.
  • Present DestinyMatrix output as professional advice or a guaranteed prediction.

11. Third-Party Services

DestinyMatrix may use third-party services for hosting, data storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, AI generation, and other operations.

Those providers may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. We choose providers to support the operation of DestinyMatrix.

12. Privacy

13. Service Availability and Changes

We try to keep DestinyMatrix available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, provider issues, security needs, legal requirements, or business changes may affect the service. These events may delay, change, interrupt, or end parts of the service.

We may change features, pricing, report formats, payment providers, or included deliverables. Changes do not affect completed purchases unless needed for security, legal compliance, technical recovery, or continued operation.

14. Termination

You may stop using DestinyMatrix at any time. We may suspend, limit, or end access if we believe you violated these Terms or misused the service. We may also act if you create legal or security risk, commit payment fraud, or use account access fraudulently.

Ending access does not remove obligations that should continue by their nature. These include payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DestinyMatrix and destinymatrix.one are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This exclusion also covers lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, business interruption, and decisions based on the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a paid-report claim is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some limits may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold DestinyMatrix harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses. This applies when they arise from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, or information you submit.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law to the extent permitted. If a dispute arises, first email support@destinymatrix.one. We will try to resolve it informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If you continue to use DestinyMatrix after that, you accept the revised Terms.
