Refund and Delivery Policy

DestinyMatrix Refund Policy for digital reports: learn when refunds may apply, how delivery issues are handled, and how Waffo processes refund requests.
Last updated

This policy explains how we handle delivery problems and refund requests for paid DestinyMatrix digital products.

DestinyMatrix sells one-time digital products through Waffo Checkout. The Waffo entity named at checkout and on your receipt is the Merchant of Record and online reseller. Waffo's Merchant of Record overview explains this role. Waffo processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. DestinyMatrix provides the digital products and handles generation, access, and technical support.

Refunds at a Glance

  • Contact DestinyMatrix if a paid report was not generated, cannot be opened, or is missing a paid feature.
  • Contact Waffo about payments, receipts, refunds, or disputes.
  • We usually try to complete delivery or restore access before considering a refund.
  • Changing your mind or disliking an interpretation does not make a delivered and accessible report eligible for a refund.
  • Applicable law and the terms shown at checkout take priority where they apply.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to one-time DestinyMatrix purchases, including:

  • Personal Destiny Matrix reports.
  • Compatibility reports.
  • Paid report upgrades.
  • AI follow-up question packs or other digital report features.

These digital products are generated or unlocked after payment. Nothing needs to be returned by mail.

2. When a Refund May Be Available

A full or partial refund may be considered when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The amount charged does not match the amount confirmed at checkout.
  • You completed payment, but the purchased report remained unavailable after troubleshooting.
  • You did not receive a material paid feature listed at checkout, and DestinyMatrix could not restore it.
  • Waffo, your payment provider, or applicable law requires a refund.
  • Another verified payment or delivery problem makes a refund appropriate.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Waffo reviews requests under its checkout terms, payment-method rules, and applicable law.

3. When a Refund Is Normally Unavailable

A refund is normally unavailable after the digital product has been generated, delivered, or made accessible when:

  • You changed your mind after receiving access.
  • You disliked a symbolic or AI-generated interpretation, but the product was delivered as described.
  • You entered an incorrect birth date, name, relationship type, or other information used to generate the report.
  • AI follow-up questions, question packs, or other limited-use digital benefits have already been used.
  • The request is connected to fraud, abuse, account misuse, or a false payment claim.

If we can fix the problem, we may repair or regenerate the report. This does not create a general right to a refund. These limits do not override rights protected by applicable law.

4. Report Generation and Delivery Problems

Some reports take time to generate. Closing the page or losing your connection does not always mean the purchase failed. Check My Reports for the latest status and available reports.

If a report is delayed, missing, incomplete, or inaccessible, use our Contact page or email support@destinymatrix.one. We may:

  • Restore report access.
  • Retry report generation.
  • Repair a missing section.
  • Provide the correct report or feature.
  • Document the problem for a Waffo refund request.

If we cannot provide the purchased product after troubleshooting, you may qualify for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

When you contact DestinyMatrix about a technical problem, include:

  • The email used for the purchase.
  • The Waffo order or payment reference.
  • The report URL, if available.
  • A short description of the problem.
  • A relevant screenshot or error message, if available.

Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or copies of sensitive identity documents.

For a refund or payment issue, use the support details in your Waffo checkout confirmation or receipt. You may also email support@waffo.com.

DestinyMatrix may provide order information to support the review. Waffo processes approved refunds.

6. Refund Method and Timing

Waffo normally sends an approved refund to the original payment method. Waffo and your payment method determine the available refund options, currency handling, and processing time.

Your payment provider may need more time to display the refund. DestinyMatrix cannot guarantee when the funds will appear in your account.

7. Unauthorized or Disputed Charges

If you do not recognize a charge, contact Waffo using the details on the receipt. You may also need to contact your bank or payment provider.

If a report or account was accessed without permission, email support@destinymatrix.one. We can review the access. Contacting us does not limit your other rights.

8. Consumer Rights

Cancellation and refund rights for digital content vary by country. Immediate delivery may affect your right to cancel where permitted by law. Any required consent or acknowledgement will be shown during checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded or waived. Applicable law and mandatory checkout terms take priority over conflicting terms here.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when our products, payment process, support workflow, or legal obligations change. The update date appears at the top of this page.

For help, use the DestinyMatrix and Waffo contact details listed in Sections 4 and 5.
